Citadel
It has been pointed out to me that the villain Citadel from Alpha Flight volume 4 issue 0.1 , is supposed to be dead.
I have scoured the 'net, and can find ZERO information on this villain. Can anybody help me out with this one?

Thanks! Hey, forgot that he appeared in Wolverine First Class! Shame on me, I even own those issues! lol. Interesting that he died...even more interesting that FVL created him, so i guess Fred would know he died, so...???
I figure there are at least three possible solutions:
1. It's a new Citadel.
2. He got better (or he came back from the dead during Chaos War).
3. He's dead and being animated by Kara.
Well, I am not sure that Kara's powers exactly work that way, especially at a distance. Also, he wasn't talking like somebody under her power.
Then there is his own comment; "Such a pleasure...using the regime's own weapons..." which makes it seem like he is using powers the Unity party gave him to fight back against them...that would definitely imply that he is a new dude in that exoskeleton!
